The most arresting of the ancient water mills in the gardens of paradise is now home to the small well-being centre. This perfectly preserved, old stone building, erected in the 18th century, is fed by the small stream, which, since time immemorial, has passed through the garden. This old water mill, which worked as such until the early fifties, following the simple insertion of saunas, steam baths, showers, facilities for massages and relaxation, has become a lovely well-being centre with a homey ambiance.
Outdoors, under the ago-old olive and carob trees, there is a jacuzzi and an area allocated to massage and relaxation. Here you will be surrounded by the centuries-old traditions of Sicilian culture, the heady scent of the citrus trees and jasmine plants, the products of the island’s generous soil, and the gurgling waters of the natural spring, while the warm sea breezes will rustle the leaves of the trees of heaven.
