In Sicily culture and tradition are always in the foreground, as are the Sicilians’ love of the typical products of their generous land. In fact, they can be found in Chef Roberto Bonvissuto’s delicious and refined cuisine, served at sunset under the white awnings of the garden restaurant.
Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish, local vegetables, preserves and traditional cakes, numerous organic products, and especially the three slow-food products produced in the Madonie Park, are the ingredients offered.
In the cellar there are over one hundred labels selected from the most awarded Sicilian wineries; you will be introduced to their secrets by the discreet and attentive service offered by Maitre Franco Savoca.
And last, but not least, our wine cellars can offer you national and international champagne bubbles, desert wines like malvasia and typical marsala wines for your cocktails and after dinner drinks.
