Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish, local vegetables, preserved and traditional pastries, numerous organic products and above all the three Slow-Food Selection garrisons from the Madonie Park: these are all the offered ingredients.

In the cellar there are over one hundred labels selected from the most awarded Sicilian wineries whose secrets will be shared with you from the discreet and attentive Maitre Franco Savoca. And last but not least, our wine cellars can offer you national and international champagne bubbles, dessert wines like malvasia and typical marsala wines for your cocktails and after dinner drinks.
